flash banner DHTML

Hey all didnt get any resluts on this in the search. anyone know of a script where:

I place a Flash banner in a div over HTML , and when user rolls over flash banner, the DIV and flash resizes / animates to show a larger version of the banner - eg drops down over HTML --

Im thinking AJAX?
