I think it should go in question part of forum, but yes
it's not that complicated if you are familiar with Flash

you have nice senocular tutorials about 3d in flash on main page of kirupa

basiclly you set every member of this 3d in 3d space so it is like you want, they did some circled positions
using senocular ideas and code you can put them in Flash space, and rotate
after that you need to implement blurring depending on distance of object

yes it is not very complex.. :))

but.. has anybody made a 3D class so u can set some default setting to movieclips.. and make them rotate in 3D view on command?
