Real Estate Web Site For Australia & China

Looking to see if anyone is interested in applying their time to this ongoing project to work with our team, you will mainly be on your own with the design back end scripting work I can help with design graphics etc and support, you do not need to know Chinese a translator but it would be to your advantage I am guessing because the second site once first site is built and running needs to be a separate one running for China real Estate. Looking for someone interested in being involved in a great opportunity but to spend a bit of time and be patient for the pay offs when the site is up and running and making profit, so bartering your time to build and setting some agreements for your payments as per what you want to arrange when the project matures. You will also stay with the company on a ongoing maintenance to the web site from time to time so we are looking for someone that has and can be around for that commitment. Apart from that no hurry we go at our own pass.

Both these sitse will run off their own servers at China. You will be implementing a first for Sydney Australia and play an important role in the company we know this particular way of marketing Real Estate in web sites has not been done before, so you will be also working on something new and unique.

It has a lot of 'backend' scripting involved in the site and we appreciate how much work that goes into doing this and would like a full quote as to how much you would require and what arrangement you would want in regards to payment and then also the ongoing maintenance we are looking for a trade off agreement at the profit making stage of the site & it can be very profitable once we get it running so you will have no problems getting your money.

We would hope your team would take on all aspects and we will help along the way with anything and wherever needed, I am the director of the project and working for the person wanting the site made he expects me coordinate it so I will be following things up with everybody. And but just guiding you as we go about making the site and liaison with the owner as we make it.


There is no time frame it has to be made by we would just want to progress away at it and do the Developing in whatever time we need. And would hope to begin to progress when everyone is ready, the owner is a Chinese man and is great help, knows exactly what he wants and wants it all to be quiet a simple but effective site.

Our aim and it is very achievable is to grow the largest site for Real Estate in Australia. With the Real Estate market showing the beginning signs of an upswing that will go on for a number of years, and the China market moving ahead. This is the factors that have influenced our decision to go ahead with this project.
If you are unable or to busy to take this project on we would appreciate you letting us know who else we could approach about this project.

It's a great opportunity for someone to plod along at putting to together a Real Estate sales web site and with an interface for individual agents to upload and sell thier properties. It would need to be html and php I think but we are in a situation to negotiate if we can come up with a great Flash based idea and I would enjoy this as we'll becasue also it will leave the competition for dead as well as the displays for house pamaramic views etc that could go into the site. then again perhaps it could be a hydrid flash and html php?

Provided we can get along and understand each other and be agreeable and work on the one page then this would be desirable we see how it goes. Don't be scared if you know you are pretty efficent at php or backend scripting and think you can handle this then you can do this work from your own home, you will need to have confidence at working through any issues your self and eventaully the site will be well fine tuned to run like a well oiled machine for excellent communications beteeen the buyers and seller of real estate. There is lot's of interaction communication within the web site including email search criteria functions, sales data etc.

We aim to do this as professionally as possible!!

Thought I might add that we are in the Real Estate and developing bussiness, so it is possible that you could want to barter a brand new House & Land package in Australia or China in exchance for services.

So are you ready to take the challenge, pull your socks up, get your **** together and let's go, it will mainly be just you and me mate, you will have a free hand all easy going and you do what you like no rules in my boat, we sail gently and easily toward our goal.

This is a couple of Entrepeneurs that have the licenses required to legally open and run such a site another facet of this that I did not mention is that most of the revenue will be raised with the advertisements on the site once established so You/I would make a decision as to who to employ for someone to look after that divition of the web site when that time comes.

Any suggestions at all welcome.if you want professional quality work, you need to pay money. there's no getting around it. if you don't have it now, save your money. you've said there is no hurry, so you should have plenty of time to save up. get everything ready on your end, then when you've saved enough, pay a developer to build the sites. that's how you get quality work.
