Hey guys,
I hope this is the right place...:) I need a script to help me have action to my menus. the example is here:

you will see in his menu he has "ARROWS" once you hover the link the arrow goes from grey to orange. I made my own image, i just need the script that will take this into affect. Also, if you guys can help dont forget to tell me what goes into the body. thx a bunch guys...;)
