After going to a Maya 5 release convention last night just outside of Boston and let me tell you, i was so amazed that i downloaded Maya 4.5 PLE, but i am taking the first tutorial and i cant find the Tumble View tool. can someone tell me where it is?

Just search for it inside the program, use the "User reference" under the help menu to search...
