What do you think about my latest website creation "Images from a Tea Garden (http://anotherphotogallery.com/teagarden)". It is XHTML strict and table-less. Comment on both artistics and technical aspects are welcome.

I don't think advertisements should be the first thing I see. You should at least move them to a right column if they must be so big. The big gaps in the main menu don't look right. might be a little too green for my taste.

looks good for a template, but lose the ads. validation pics look too big too:P

Whoa I just lost an eye cause the ads on the left stick out waaay to much ! :)
