Kirupa? Smilies?

kirupa-wupa! was just wondering if anyone can have a smilie added to the smilie list (assuming it's been done well) or whether we have to be on of the 'elite' (aka the forum mods) ;)

also, should the answer to the above be 'yes' - are there any restrictions on the dimensions/filesize (not that filesize would be anything more than negligible).

if you want, submit the pictures to kirupa, and he and the mods will decide if it will be put live. :)

its not just mods that have smilies added. I'm not sure if we have too many now, but make one up and if people like it then I'm sure Kirupa will add it up.

Don't make it too much larger than the regular sized smiles. :) << like that...

Sure, if the smilies are good, we'll add them. We do have quite a lot of smilies, but since they display randomly, all smilies get an opportunity to be selected :)
