lol seen this one, started out as a bad joke they pulled on the kid.

But it has become a cultmovie, and a support site was set up because ppl felt sorry for the guy. Guess the prank backfired on the pranksters as the kid in the movie got over 500 $ in donations :)

Umm, yeah 3,254.09 is more than 500, but that was my point. To just say "Over $500" makes it seem like he only got like $500-$600, but really he got much more than that. Sometimes my wording just isn't so great :P
