Youll want to go back over your CSS. This is what your site looks like in Safari.

it looks fine in Firefox and Opera on windows if thats any help
the problem is with these small sites for a local electrician theres not much you can do cause all they really want is a web site. They don't need the big sweeping and amazing sites of the big multi nationals and they don't want them so I gotta be honest and say well done cause you could have gone nuts here.
I see so many small companies like this get ripped off by designers/developers who convince them they need a flash site all because the developers wants to make a statement or make some cash or even just to get some flash sites in their portfolios. It's kinda nice to see this as a simple css site so first off on that score, well done :)
as for the site I think the blue you've used is maybe a bit loud. I can guess it's supposed to be electric blue but it's a bit too much for the site and I think you could tone it down a bit as well.
also if you created that logo it's goto go. These guys want to look professional and reliable. This could be the logo for a nursery, not an electricians. If you didn't create it then you gotta have a word with them and see if you can convince them to ditch it.
other than that, not bad :)

I love that electric dude. Probably wouldn't use him for a logo. . .but he's pretty sweet.
