Need AS/xml programer to complete site with backend

Hello i did a simple site for a client but now he asked that the site has to be updated by him so basicly i have to redo the site again this time making it able to have a backend with xml or whatever... i just need it to be updated by the cliente with his works.

The site is from an artist, it has his background, here he was, where he is and where he will be.

The layout is done.
Unfortunly the budget on this project is very low (maximum 200euros/300dolars for the job of the user that agree doing it) , but maybe can be a start for future projects together with our company.

What exactly do you plan to do? Does the client have the technical skills needed to edit XML and upload the materials to the proper location?

About the work its needed to have a backend to edit the xml.The client don't have any technic knowledge so it needs to be very wysiwygy I mentioned xml because my bacily knowledge on flash and backend it needed xml, if theres any better way to update a site thats ok for me.

it will have a galery so its needed to upload pictures and add titles for it.
and add new dates to the galery

Well at a minimum, he is going to need to learn how to upload images and the XML (if that is the way you go) to the server. Would he be comfortable editing something like:

the upload of images can't be done with a form? At least that's how i do my backends for sites in php using php and mysql. With flash isn't just a question of add the xml between the mysql db and the flash file?

Sure you could do an upload page in PHP. Would you be doing the PHP, or is that something you are looking to have developed as well?

i prefer that to be done by the programer as i'm not very familiar with xml. unless it's just a matter of create a php backend that his only funcion is to update the mysql table. in that case i can do it myself.

As long as there is some method for sending the updated XML (could be PHP generated as well) to the flash piece, coding the flash piece to read the xml could be done separately (as long as they know how to communictae)
