Ijigg type site

I wanted to get a site made that's similar to http://www.ijigg.com but it would be a site that votes. The site would be making players for artists, using swf's instead of mp3's and creating profile pages that they fall back on.

Budget - $3000

It'd need a CMS system too.

Hmm, I am willing to all the graphics, and mabye some basic html code to get someone started, all you need is a coder, and because im not firmiliar with alot of php or databasing. I cant help there :(
