Access Database-Help

I am really embarrassed about asking this in the first place:jail::puzzled:
I need help, can someone create at least a template database where I can work from
I have a project to create a Request Management System database
where Requests are made from users for harware/software and the info is entered into the database and can be searched or edited after, and reports can be produced

can ne one help me

There are some very useful templates and sample databases that come with Access. Go to the Help menu then Sample Databases or go to File --> New --> and look in the Templates section. There are some in the Program Files on your computer.
