wordpress theme

Well as you all know, i am more of a designer than a coder so i am asking for some help. i need a wordpress theme put together. i have the design www.ihavelegs.com/video.html is what it will look like kinda, but i just dont understand how to make it so that i have my header and nav show up at the top of my wordpress blog. can anyone help me out to make this work?? my wordpress blog is located at www.ihavelegs.com/blog/

How much do you know of CSS? What I usually do is strip my wordpress blog of all styles and just leave the strcutual layout then define my own style sheet to move things around the way I want them.
