Word Margins

This may seem stupid, but my top and bottom margins won't display in MS Word. I know the margins are there, it just won't show them. Does anybody know how to make Word show the margins?

hover yer mouse near the bottom center and i think it should show an arrow or something tellin you that you can click on it. click it and it opens up a bit ... i think
