iLink Systems, a services-based software company is seeking Creative Managers to facilitate design direction and implementation for our top-level clients, including many Fortune 500 companies in the area. iLink is rapidly growing into one of the largest providers of application services, with offices in WA (Bellevue), Virginia, Atlanta, and Chennai India. Opportunity includes career path and FULL BENEFITS.

Responsibilities include:
- Management of Creative Team (on-shore and off)
- Daily client interaction/consultation
- Project Planning and execution
Skillset must inlude:
- Solid comprehension of web design and trends.
- Knowledge and experience in working with (required):
1. HTML
2. PhotoShop/Illustrator
3. CSS
4. Dynamic "Skinning"
5. Client Requirments
- Knowledge and comprehension of (recommended):
1. ASP
2. SQL
3. Web 2.0 trends
4. CMS Integration

Actually they posted enough info for the applicant to do some research and see what they are worth in the market for that area. I wouldnt so much depend on the Job poster to inform as I would like to know what to expect. IMO

I have rarely been given a salary range up front on full-time jobs. Often you will negotiate the salary during the interview process, or they will make an offer after interviewing you.
