Sonic 1 on the Mega Drive was the first game I ever had, for that reason it will always be special to me... but then again there's just something in Sonic 2 when you turn Super Sonic that makes you think 'here we go' ...the special '3d' stages in Sonic 3

The series should have stayed on the Mega Drive... apart from Sonic Adventure 1 the rest of it has been a huge let down

I can't pick just one so I'll list my favorites:

Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic 3+Knuckles, Sonic 1&2 (both on Game gear), Sonic CD!!! (the music was just so epic), Sonic Spinball.

The one on dreamcast with the chao and Shadow where you get to play as 6 characters (3 good / 3 evil).

forgot sonic heroes, though the sound sucked horribly. gameplay was pretty good though:)

Sonic 2.

It was the first Sonic Game I played and none of them after it seemed to capture the same feeling this game gave me :hr:

I'm a sucker for any sonic game good or bad, still haven't beaten heroes and its making me mad lol. Sonic 2/3 were absolutely legendary but for his conversion to 3d while risky and has hurt since Adventure, I still love him and enjoy all games wether wierd or not.

Wacky Worlds was my fav for at least a year look it up.

I agree...Im a sega fan, but they blew it with the new sonic games

My only hope with sonic now is the wii version :fight:
