LearnFlash provides all of the video tutorials on the site, so I figured you all may find this interesting:

In LearnFlash.com's highly anticipated video new series, former Sony Online Entertainment animator Thad Clevenger walks the beginner through the basics of where video on the Internet came from, what it is, and where it is going. He also walks you through the confusing maze of the major video formats, how to encode video, and directs you to various free or shareware encoders.

Craig Campbell then picks up and walks you through the process of how to put video on your website. This well known Flash Guru will also bring his mastery of Dreamweaver 8 into this series as he crosses over into how to add video using Dreamweaver 8.

It's all in this highly anticipated series, Adding Video To Your Website Using Flash 8. And our professional mentors are waiting to help you take the things you learn in this series and apply them to your own project. There is no place anywhere to gain the complete body of knowledge that this series offers.

I am looking at learning flash (AS), so these would be nice. Anyone have an idea how these match up to total trainings set?

These aren't exactly AS oriented, but video oriented. The total training's videos are pretty decent, but they can only show as much a video can show. Get a book. Try Moock's Essential Actionscript 2.0. It is unbelievably comprehensive and detail oriented.
