.SIS file question....

I want to download few themes and games for my mobile through online websites providing it for free like mobango.com and many more....

The problem is that when i click on download then a box appears "SAVE it as" or "Open with".

what shall i choose ??? its an .sis file which supports my mobile by which i can download it first to my PC and then to my cell.

Can anyone suggest how to download .sis file ?

Choose 'save as', save it on your desktop, then use whatever program you have to interface pc->mobile to transfer it to your cell.
