Ipod trouble

Hey my ipod isnt working...It comes up with the sad ipod face, which I think is a hardware problem. After running a hardrive diagnostic it came up with a 14ror! error. I think I need to fix up my hardrive, but does anyone know exactly what the error means? Thanks

Yeah, I already know what the sad face is but thanks. I was just wondering if anyone knows what the 14ror! part is.
