Hey guys,
I just finished one site and almost finished with another site. One is for my dad's company (www.joyconsult.com (http://www.joyconsult.com)) and the other is our first client (www.steadfastpaper.com (http://www.steadfastpaper.com))

I'd greatly appreciate your feedbacks.

Scans = bummer.
The blue gradients on the other site are waaay too harsh, and the wet floor look isn't executed well.

www.joyconsult.com - the way it changes page is not good.
I click on "about us" link from "services" page, why does "about us" bounce back before going to "services" page? Actually, it would be the best if all sections in one main flash file.

www.steadfastpaper.com - the bg is too blue, dark blue would be better.

I would recommend that you try to find your own style it will help you acknowledge the flaws in your own design.

The first site is ok, you don't need to have that bouncing introduction for every section, great for the homepage but have every other section load inside the main template, also, what did you do to all the graphics? They all look very pixelated and very poor quality, brings the whole site down 10 fold.

The second site, just doesn't work, well it does but the background is too blue, the graphics again look dirty, the navigation isn't the best.

If I were you, I'd concentrate more on producing nicer and cleaner navigation with CSS while also spending a bit of time learning on how to produce proper graphics for the web.
