Waaay too many old school clichés. The revolving thing on the left does nothing, and the header font, and transition looks corny.

You should find a colour scheme first, and then layout your content. THEN start styling everything to make it look prweeeeettteeey. :)

Indeed...too old style!!!!skip that colors!!!find a color scheme and rock and roll then!!!and you used flash for everything!!!
