Okay, so there are some websites that have a Flash header set on an HTML page. When you click a button on the Flash header, it links to that HTML page at the bottom...half...normally I would say "frame" but there are no frames. An example is here (http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/13452.html).
Now I have a couple of questions:
1. How do they get the bottom, non-flash portion of the page to refresh without having the top, flash portion of the page refresh, and not having frames?
2. How do they get all the content centered on the page without using tables?
Thanks a lot! :)

1. Not sure what you mean because from what I could see the top of the page refreshes when a link is clicked.
2. They use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). With CSS you don't use tables, instead you set up a style sheet that will place pics/text where you specify. This also accounts for the content being centered with no tables.
If you are looking into doing web design, even just for fun, you should look into learning CSS.
Hope that helps!

Right, but it doesn't on the actual site, that's just a template example. I couldn't find an actual site as an example.
And thank you so much for the CSS tip! Previously I've only used CSS for defining styles; I guess it never occured to me you could actually place graphics using it. ::collective groan from everyone on the forum who knows anything about making websites:: HA! You've save my life, thanks a million!
