Hi!

Any tuts on creating Design Borders in PS?

If you just want a black line, get the marquee tool, select the area you want bordered.

Select>Modify>Border

Enter the pixel size you want the border to be..

design borders ???

usually i play around with the image options (were the bevels and shadows are) and use the border...

Otherwise i guess i take my original shape copy it , fill it with one color and enlarge it slightly so it looks like the border of my original image...

anyway what ddya mean by borders ???

I mean borders around Photographs rather Photo Frames.
I am making an album where I want to use different frames for different photos.

You could try Microsoft Publisher if you have that.. Or word and go to Format>Borders then border art.. :D
