Nice idea, but it takes forever to load, you should optimize that.
And then the small popups are hard to read, maybe you want to work that over... ;)

Yeah, the size was a bit big. But that's because I saved my background picture as a png instead of a jpg. And then I lowerd the quilty on the jpg as well. Got it from 329 Kb to 73Kb and that ain't bad. You can see a small diffrense in the quality but not much.

But what resultion do you have on your monitor? Because I know some people get a small scroll bar on the side, and I kinda want to get rid of that as well.

If you mean the transparency on the pop ups it's quite easy. Make the grafics in photoshop og fireworks and save it as a png. Png is very nicely supported by flash and take with it transpercy that you have saved. The image takes up a bit more space, but is still small. It's THE format when you make flash sites ;-) But my background picture is of course a jpg.

yeah a nice concept, but i thought of it more as splash page, nothing really indicates that the type is a menu , yes there is a mouse pointer indicator, but i had to find it.

:: Iam using 1280 X 1024 and your image still comes up with scroll bars!!! , you should be working on at least 800 X 600 or 1024 X 768 maximum , and remember you have to take into account the IE or browser menu bars.

so its more like::

800 X 600 = 760 X 420
1024 X 768 = 955 X 600

Yeah, I have sized it down so a 1024 screen won't get the scrollbar. But as far as I know about 70% uses that res now.

hey I checked the neilsen net statistics....and no where near that many folks use that res......where did you get your stats?? I wish it was that high....are you referring to a certain market or general users?

Just letting you know.....just in case you dont wanna lose some of your 800x600 users.
