Hello, all. I posted a long time ago a version of my portfolio website that got substantial feedback. I took the time to revamp the site, and made it so that the navigation is simple and centered, though some things might be strange; despite that, I tried to make the navigation easy to use. I toned down the overuse of graphics that I had in the previous version, which was a problem. This version that I am displaying actually has content, the preloader is different, and the site as a whole is near completion. However, some buttons have not been activated yet, or haven't added the content for some areas yet.

Anyway, before I get to the final piece, I would like feedback from anyone about the site's functionality, visual appeal or lackthereof, what works/doesn't work, etc. If you have any questions, feel free to ask away. Any advice/criticism/feedback is helpful, but keep it constructive, please.

Thanks again for everyone's time. I got a great deal of help from the forums here, so you may notice some things that I picked up from the tutorials from this site as well.

Take a look at your source code in FF, you have some validation issues! Missing the <!DOCTYPE> declaration!!! It could be my computer but the tfont's either seems blurred or to small. When it comes to visual appeal it's not doing it for me. I think you have the flash part set, but design wise it really lacks. Your pages look off, on the first page after it loads you have hard edges on the right, left and bottom with the design elements, seems wrong without some type of border. Like the fonts used your work (portfolio) seems small/squished.

The page was meant to be 400x800 pixels, and the idea that I had in mind was have the initial page, and once you click enter, it opens a new window (that being this page). Haven't done it yet, because it's still a learning process for me. As for the validation issues, I don't know exactly how to include the doctype declaration into the source code. Any help on this, if possible?

Anyway, thanks for the feedback...

scratch that last part...I checked online how to do it...I think I fixed the doctype issue. You can try again and check if the problem still occurs.
