The site is okay, but the blue on the left side throws things off. Also the text on some of the button/links are jaggedy. I guess the blue really is the biggest thing for me. It only matches the "Bath" section.
[EDIT] Wow. The site is fully functional! Self-duh I guess, but you can actually buy stuff. I thought this was just a test layout.

It's nice, but you shuld fit it into the browser, or at least center it. It looks bad with it just kind of hanging at the top of the browser, or at least centerit. Also expand the red part on the header out to the end.

Um, the site doesn't work for me. I'm using FF 2.0 on XP. Did you hide the content for some reason? I can see that the code is there, but everything after the <!-- Removed by HIPS FW ------------------- --> is hidden. Is that intentional?
Anyway, regarding the design itself:
I agree that it needs to be centered within the page. Also, the 'check out' button in the header looks totally out of place and doesn't fit with the look of the site.
Also, your flash thing is screwed up. First it fades from frames to tables, and then it is supposed to fade to clocks, only it fades to frames AND clocks, then frames disappears. It looks screwy.
