Hi all!

I'm embarking on a new personnel project and I am looking for a few people to join me on what potentially could be quite lucrative.

The goal? To develop a content management system that anyone can use to build a website. I'm thinking about the prospect of an online store aswell…exciting times!

Something like this is plenty good enough: http://www.octavocms.com/demo.html

I'm a web designer, and will take full control of look'n'feel. I will need help with the mechanics of the site, I have a small amount of php knowledge, but not enough.

Although I currently cannot offer any form of payment up front, your time and efforts will be rewarded once we start selling the CMS to customers. You will take a % cut of gross profit on each sale, which will be agreed before launch.

Before we go any further...is anyone interested? If you are, please post a few lines about yourself and a bit of background on your skillset and previous work completed.

I look forward to reading any replies!

Thanks for reading

Andy

If a few people get into this, I will. I don't wanna go all crazy about it because it's not so easy.

The question you need to ask yourself before you waste time on this is:

"What will my CMS have that is one cut above all the other FREE CMS systems available everywhere"

I've seen many of these "I can't pay you right now but we'll sell it and you'll get a share". They never work.

I'd join, but the whole not getting anything upfront- or anything confirmed makes it suck.

And the fact that the market is saturated with easily accessible, free, customizeable CMS's already
