phpMyAdmin tutorial/Book

Hi all,

I'm from a flash background and just started using php/MySQL. I've started with MAMP, but I'm having real problems with phpMyAdmin. Are there any tutorials or books around to get my head around this.

Book on PHPMyAdmin :h: why? its a simple user interface what do you need a book on?

If you need using it, I'm not really there is a tutorial book. It should be really easy to use if you have any experience in MySQL or PHP.
