Please take a look at this and let me know what you think. It's my first real flash site and I need all the feedback I can get. I want to get it looking really polished. I appreciate all of your feedback.

Not bad for being the "first real flash". though I think something is missing, but … don't really know what it is.:h:

for some reason the transition between pages is laggy on my computer. other than that, it looks nice for your first flash site

Up the frame rate. Skin the scrollbars with ur own custom skin, or make them from scratch. The default macromedia ones really dont fit in. Other than that nice.

Thanks for all your input. I will definitely up the frame rate and those scroll bars are something that I have been meaning to go back and swap out. Thanks for reminding me.

It has vertical and horizontal scrollbars when viewed on an 800 x 600 screen setting, which you might want to consider fixing since a lot of people with smaller monitors use that setting. Otherwise it looks pretty good!

good effort on a first site!

I'd say you should incorporate some sort of branding there - a good logo, caption / tagline, n stuff... If this is for a client , is there some way of content management? If not you should atleast ensure that future updates can be done in an easy manner. Not all the data should be hardcoded into the SWF file. You should use external jpegs and text picked up from xml or flat txt files.

Also, what's the real puspose of Flash here? Do you really need to use Flash? It could have very well been a XHTML/CSS site.

These are just some thoughts that you might want to consider to make this better. It's a good site right now and conveys the message well.

Just a small tip.. Make sure you stop the video from playing when user switches to another section.. Annoying if you wanna continue browsing the site and the video is still playing in background :)

No, radioactve chimp, I'm not actually an actual fruitarian.
I watched Notting Hill and one of the characters was a fruitarian.
Dunno why it's my footer actually...?
