Lose the huge spread on the drop shadow, and the heavy sounds.
I went crazy hovering from one button to the other. Also, on the thing that looks like a contact form. Am I supposed to send you my name and email?:P Should'nt there be a "message" feild, or is it just me that don't get it.
Other than that.. it looks good. Looking forward to the final product:)

This is the FINAL -- its just a placeholder till the site is done. The name & e-mail is for updates\mailing list, thats all. Thanks for checking it out.

maybe you should imply that the name/email submission's purpose is to receive updates from you

One thing, I would center it that it's centered in reference to any window, how big or small it is. Right now with my monitor at work, the flash file is on the far right-bottom of my window, cut off and I have to scroll to fix the positioning of it that I can see it all. Not too much of a big deal though, but I always think little things like that still affects the overall feel and look of a site.

I like it. It could do with some tweaking, which I am sure you are doing.
It's a bit dark. Maybe a few colours other than black & white would do the trick.
Don't go for the obvious, though- make it something relative to the company.

Now I'm nagging- sorry.
