Cut Up PSD to WordPress Theme

This is not for me, but for my Non-Profit. I need to get a new site design up ASAP to allow for us out in the field to update the site easily... so I'm switching over to WordPress. I need somebody to take my PSD layout and make it work as a WordPress Theme.

ASAP and a little money.
