Here is my site:

http://www.christasloan.com/rim.html

I now want my page to act as one page when I scroll down, instead of 3 different frames. Like when I scroll down, I want the main logo to go up with the page (the one with the snow) along with the menu on the left, rather than acting as stand alone frames. this is important for the Flash pictures I have on the page, so you can view it all at once.

can somebody please help me!?

don't use frames, that's what frames do. Use tables instead, or CSS. But if you're going from frames, tables will be easier to start with I think.

^agreed. frames make it a lot harder;)
use css, much more effective;)

Ok, cool. Now, I am kinda unfamiliar with Tables and CSS. Using Tables, how can I get the exact same look? Don't Tables have to be symmetrically perfect? If thats the case, then I could not center the top logo (rim nordic) because the cell I would use for the left menu would run all the way vertical and push the logo off to the right, correct? Or is there a way to leave the top cell completely open and have the table broken up into two cells below it? (for the menu on the left, and the meat of the page on the right)thanksjoe
