Go to the Design forum, click the helpful tutorial link, and the 3rd or 4th post should have them in it.

I just checked, the only section I get the sticky for is the Test Forum, and theres a reason it is still a sticky in there (because thats where people test their footers).

raydred.. corbis is partially free.. they have a royalty free part
well i think its free unless i have been like accidently magically stealing things... and that would be bad

Royalty Free does not mean "Free" you still have to pay for it.
All images are copyright to someone,
And on corbis, even if you buy a pic from them (thats not royalty free) you still have to get the guy who took the pic's permission to use it.
Royalty free means, you dont have to ask, pay Royalties on such pictrues, but you Still have to pay for it (initally), otherwise is still illegal. Pics are a very tricky business, you need to know the copyrights before you start using Corbis's (or anyones) images.
If you didnt get royalty free pics from corbis, heres potentially what you have to do..
You buy the pic. Then when you go to use it, you have to contact the photoagrapher and ask for permission to use in what you want. Then you must get in writting that "Licence" so that if they take you to court, you have proof. Then you continue. That can take a long time depending on the photographer and they may even charge you a royalty fee if they feel (after all its their pic)..
With Royalty free, corbis has already cleared (or bought the rights) to the pic, and you may do what you want with it =)
But i stress, Royalty Free does not Mean FREE =)
Its like stealing Icecream because it says "Fat Free" =)

sorry to spoil your fun hehe
in theory, you could barrow the images for personal use only, and if they ask you to take them off you just do =)

yeah... that's what I would do if I was totally oblivious to the fact that its illegal, but now that I know I would feel bad and such and so I won't.. blah
