Looks alright - is that an Eras font for company name? ... I suggest possibly a Swiss or Helvetica instead ...
The shape is interesting and eye catching but I'm not sure if the 2 K's go well with it being :knowtouch" ...

I agree with Boon. I don't really get the two K's together. I would think it would be a K and a T together...

I like it its groovy, what kind of business are they in?
I think the whole "Bolding of one word, different colour of the second word" is wayyyyyyyy overused and lame... not a whole lot of thought was put into the text, as most of your effort was probably used on the 3D k's

As for the K, T issue, how is he supposed to put a k on the left hand side and have a T attached to it?

As cool as backwards letters are, logos shouldnt be a cryptic message that the user has to sit and think about

To me the logo looks pretty decent. I'd stick w/ the K and not try to combine the KT, it's not needed. e.g. McDonalds... is only an M not MD. I think something that may be able to improve it is using a blocky serif'd font.

PLEASE change the color green to something less in-your-face. It hurts my eyes.
People have already addressed the font issue, but please check spacing as well when your reworking it.
