wouldn't it take ages to go find what font that is on one of those huge font sites so it'd actaully be faster to ask someone who seems to know anyway?

short answer, no.
long answer, maybe.

usually people won't respond to posts for a few hours at least (well that's what i find, because everyone's on at different times) and you can usually find out within a few minutes what the font is on an i.d site. you just upload the image and enter a few characters.

for this one, whatthefont didn't work (i usually find it's good) so i did the identifont method which takes longer (have to answer questions) but i was interested in using it because i hadn't before and to prove the point that the sites are linked for a reason.
(that answers your question too hybrid, i didn't know the font).

I didn't know about these identification sites. It didn't work on the font i tried out though.. :) im sure it works normally
