I like the blue, goes nice with the white headphones but i would make 'm.c. casland' abit lighter or put a light outer glow around it as it might be alittle hard to read from a distance. I like the bigger watermark in the background too.

yeah text is way too dark. not a fan of the font either...but that's up to you i guess.

I don't really care for the font - and it's hard to read with the black. Maybe put a white outline on the black text or something?

Sometimes the best logos are the simplest...look at adidas.
