when you click the menu, like "main page" "company" these navigation meun, you will look at the contect below it display a great slide effect, hehe, i think it's an actionscript function. Thanx Junkerjorg...........but in fact in the sample I show, it's an effect in a .swf, not two separate .swf, a little sad, but anyways, thanx you again, you are very very very kind...
