Hey all - site revamp to increase SEO, and give more of an industry standard feel

Little to say other than the new design looks more commercial and professional. To maintain consistency, you're better off capitalising Associates though, for example at the bottom of the two external link areas.
And it's only a minor point, but UK telephone numbers tend to use brackets and spaces rather than a dash to indicate area codes and numbers, e.g. (0207) 649 9464.

but i think the text on the first and second columns look too big. maybe try to decrease the size. but overall, good job:)

That's considerably better than the first (more professional) - good luck with that! Not much to criticise - a different grey???
