No I didn't make everything. The only thing I didn't make was the eyes and teeth, those were pulled off other images.

I made the head and skin texture by using the clone tool and cloning samples from other images.

The background is pretty self explanitory. =)

Rev, I'm glad you've found a use for my zombie. I hope it makes those pigeons explode at first glance. :P
