There isn't much content in it yet, but so far so good. One thing, I'm not a fan of is the mouseover on the menu, with the black background. It's hard to see and style doesn't seem to fit. I understand the tab look on the old one, but I think if you choose to have the background colour on a mouseover, I'd make the menu look like tabs, like the old one.

get rid of that blur on your logo. It makes me think my eyes are going bad.

I never thought a logo actually had to mean anything, just to symbolize someone or something?

The main objective of your logo should be so that it is recognized as a certain entity without any text next to it. If you can look at your logo and say "Hi Mike *waves*", then you're good to go...the trick is making sure others can do the same thing.

is there a reason there in no link on the thumbnail, it’s generally expected. The black bar has a very hard line it’s doing funny things with my eyes (might be just me) you could try softening it it’s a gray line that’s a gray between the start of the gradient and black, or start the gradient of a bit darker.
Like acc said, that magenta in the on home/work is about the same tint and hard to see on mouse over may be lighten it up, you do not need the same #B0017D you should adjust it optically.

Alright, also for those of you who are saying to loss the blur for me its harder then you think because they are just photoshop brushes.

I really wouldn't suggest using brushes for anything but styling added styling, and mainly only for abstract artwork or graphic images(eg: headers, backgrounds, etc...)
As for a logo, it should be created as a vector image as they allow for scaling...if you cant get your hands on Adobe Illustrator, then use the paths, objects or pen tool in Photoshop...they will give you smoother edges and you will be able to resize as needed without loosing any detail/quality.
Good luck :)
