need a php scripted forum...
i mean i want to make a forum of my own but dunno how and i have no time to learn php...

I would never make my own forum. Why reinvent the wheel when there are free services out there...

if you have no time to learn all the complexities of php then you should not create a forum.. it's beyond simple copy and pasting php code..

use the phpbb phorums, they are free and all customizable...

i need MySQL, but i don't have one (on server, that is)
know any free servers with MySQL?
