Has anyone heard about this prequel to dumb and dumber? Its called Dumb and Dumberer. Its going to be really funny, maybe not as funny as the first but i think it'll be good. Heres the website

i love stupid funny movies... but I dont know about this.

The first one was so great and JC and JD made such a great team. I think the premis to this one is pretty good - I just hope the new guys can pull it off.

Bruce Almighty looks good - I can't wait to see it.

Dan - I have no started to not belive what anyone else says about movies, especially critics. I say if you think yo uare going to like it, go and see it. I have seen too many great movies that critics said were going to be crap (esp. funny movies) that I will never trust another.

The Farrely brothers arent producing or directing or anything, and they didnt even get the original cast... tis a sad day in the modern cinema....

I've even gone a step farther... I purposely don't watch previews of movies any more... They tend to give away the plot, or tell the funniest jokes, all before I see the movie. The only way I will pay for a movie in a theater (even then it's going to be a matinee), is to go in "blind," where I haven't seen any preview, or heard any of the plot line.

In my opinion, that is the way the movie was intended to be seen, by the actors and directors, etc. that is...

I still haven't seen any Matrix 2 trailers (except for the building of the freeway in Alameda, CA, which was all over the local news when being built), or any other "blockbuster" showing this summer...

I absolutely refuse to pay $9 to see a movie in a crowded movie house, with no leg room, expensive soda, usually sitting near some smelly person, and of course the loud idiots who "talk back to the screen." My g/f still sees movies in the Theater, but I wait for the DVD, where I can sit at my leisure, in my comfy chair, my Surround System, my inexpesive beer (you can't have beer in a theater in California), plus I can pause it when I need to...

I think everyone should boycott theaters until they start making it affordable for everyone to go to the movies. It used to be the one thing kids could spend an entire weekend day doing. Now, they have to sell crack to afford 1 movie...

You know, the prices really are pretty bad.

Although around here they have dropped the prices recently to like 9 bucks a movie (that's canadain) but they didnt do anything about the prices of the food.

In silver city I can get a combo at Pizza Pizza for 7.00 that would cost 3.45 in a store. That is unbelveable an compleatly inexcusable. I just dont ever buy food there - sneak it in usually.

As for boycotting the movies - I couldnt do it. I love going to the theatre too much. I just like the atmosphere and screen and.... well everything I guess. I think I have only had like 2 bad experiences ever at a theatre.

wow and i thought 5 bucks for a flick was expensive in Puerto Rico (where i live ) movies are at 5 bucks so i go to theaters on a weekly basisi im a movie freak and i do not believe critics they suck IMHO

i alwasy go to day time shows. IT is alwasy less crowded and the ticket price is cut in half.

As for this movie i'm iffy about it as well. I liek how they always manage to forget to mention JC and JD arent in it.

Rev you got me figured out :) I simply love the long lines. In fact I don't think I would go if I knew I wouldnt get wait in line with all those people who havent showered in 4 days and insist that some "harvard proffessor" somewhere says there is a 20% chance that the Matrix is real....

As for the soda or (pop) it's too expensive. For a large it's 4.25 - that's crazy. That's why i always bring my own. I get the G/F to bring the big purse :)
