Hello I'm back with an updated design opinions are welcome and if you dislike something please include atleast 1 idea to make it better, if you have any. Thanks again!
P.s. not sure about recent work layout, let me know what you think about that especially.

I'm not to crazy about it. You could improve it a bit by makeing the text just pain white insted of haveing that ugly green thing in the backround.

thanks for the responses thus far, don't think i'll be changing that green portion of the background though...
any other opinions?

The frame is just fine. The part that is going to make or break the page is the content, which isn't there yet. Look forward to seeing it.

I really really like it, but youre going to have a hard time implementing the textured white background in HTML, i'd say for your own sanity make it plain white and just texturize the green background a bit more.
YOu should also think more into the "recent work" sidebar, the fonts are ugly (except the heading "Recent Work") as is the actual design of it... dotted lines don't work, perhaps a grungy wavy 1px line instead?

I'd also like to see it with content. Sometimes you can't get a really good idea how it will turn out without the content.
