Can anybody recomend some software for converting PDF to HTML?

Need to retain tables and convert line art to raster, under $1000AUD - $600US.. I have about 600 pages to do for a company intranet..

Hey Davemen,

There is a smooth plug-in for acrobat called BCL Drake. It rips out all of the pdf information and formats it into a word doc. From Word you can save it has an HTML file.

http://www.bcl-computers.com/document/products/drake/drake.htm

There is a demo you can download at the above link. They raised the price to 200 (USD) from 100.

Hope it can help you.

NP folkz,

I think its a useful tool but $200 is steep for a plug-in. I only needed this for one project a year or so ago, so the demo was fine for me.

Thanks Fester, I have downloaded BCL Magellan before as it is a stand alone PDF to HTML, but it didn't retain tables very well.

How did you go with Drake? BCL Web Content looks ok. Anybody ever tried that?
