The way of showing an edit is a way of expression.

I use edit:/, people use other things. I like my edit... don't replace her with a tag.

Also, tp... too emphasized with that red. Try a more neutral color.

If it was put in I think it would need to be an inline modification rather than a block.

That's true. We could use html insert and delete tags (styled with an underline and strike-through, respectively).
