New design for my company

Hi friends,

I had done a draft design for our company website. we are on the process of improving the design and fine tuning.

please have some ideas and comments to improve the design.

it's very "templaty" and why is there a guy that looks like the m&ms on the front?

I know it is a template based design. but we need it like that only.. and the M&M character is a dummy we are working on one character for our company which is going to appear on all the pages...

If you have some inputs on this please post.....

Stick to one shade of red,

ie: Your logo is more pale and salmony than your flash, and again in your "inside.htm" page the logo with the four words is a different red than the rest of your site

I'm with Dark on this one - seems like a template ... but it might not be (just sayin) and yeah that M&M character looks very similar so I'd be careful with that one too...

Yeah it feels way unorganized to me also. My eyes wander all over the page when I first look at it.

I know its still a work in progress and all, but I think you should fix the flash active content in IE, because for those of us who still use IE, its a pain in the *** to have to click the content on different parts of the page multiple times. Maybe at this point in your development stage, its not a big deal, but if you launch it with any flash content on there, you'll absolutely need to fix that.

That whole bug is an easy fix and its not even that big of a deal anyways

the design is simple, but sometimes you need that... i feel like the text in the header animation goes by too fast though, it falls, then it's gone... might want to step the sequence back just a tad. just my two cents though.

i think you should just work on the layout of the text, like someone said above me it is kinda making my eyes go all over the place. logo is nice but similiar to m&ms, might want to think about something else there. otherwise, i like it.
