Well, I think it is not necessary the rainbow, is the orthographic fault on purpose?

I don't like to give people (the world), the idea that Mexico is about "charros" and old things, the pyramides are fine, that's our culture.

I think that if you and me and many others here in kirupa (mexicans), are able to do these things, then we can show some more…

Yeah dec27 is right.

The piece is okay. I dont think the small typography really matches the mood of it.

It looks a little pixely-maybe you just sized it up too much. Also I like the look but I think the man looks kind of cheesy, it looks like a fake musquash.

no offense, but I agree with dec27 (specially in the rainbow matter). Personaly I think it looks dirty.

And the text:"together we made a better mexico" (in spanish: juntos hacemos un mexico mejor)? I don't see the "better" mexico in your Illustration, I see a dirty, old and deteriorated mexico.:}

Pyramids, a rainbow and a junk car... With all due respect, could someone explain the relationship among the three to make a better Mexico?

if the temples are from the yucatan why have you placed them in a desert. also there is too much "antiqueing" going on with the distressed patterns. it distracts from the piece. rainbow should go. you should work on it before submitting to a museum
