Hello everybody:
Please post your opinions about the design. For some reason I hit a creative block and feel something is missing to make the design really stand out. I think the background tones the design down. What do you guys think?

It will be a full flash site. With all the graphics and details should be interesting to have it animated.

Nice start.
Make sure you don't overlood the left site with logo, the notice for happy hours with the plates, the sunday margarita special and the 'painting' and those 2 dudes saying 'Hijole'.
Exclude the painting thingy and I could see the area for special menu offers etc.
Love the colors, the map is sweet :thumb:

I made some minor content changes. You can say to "polish it up a bit". I'm aware the left side of the site is somewhat overcrowded, but if you guys check up most mexican sites it's seems that's the trend. Not that i have to make the same mistake, but if you visit a real mexican joint you'll notice the overflow of colors, figures, images, etc. I will reconsider all your opinions and try to look for a workaround if its suitable. Like I said I was in a creative block and kinda forced that design. That's why I brought it to your atention!;)
