splash screen looks too blurred...try making the blending better
there's no need for two splash screens and two enter buttons btw;)
you've got some groovy vectoring and photoshopping btw, but i don't really feel the site. you could do better:D

You're obviously very talented visually and creatively in Photoshop etc. and the graphics are really great. I think it's mainly in content design that it is having issues. Perhaps you could plan out the screens as sitemap on paper, as its feeling a bit disjointed going from section to section, e.g. why is the intro at the end?
It's probably best to remove the proceed > enter > etc. It'd be better if the vistor could instantly get straight into viewing the content although if you wanted to use that nice Flash Intro still you could place that at the start, but make sure you give it a skip button and put at the end of the Flash a piece of code to automatically send the visitor to the main page. I think the scrolly navigation is nice but it's moving a bit too quick. Also you could probably scrap the popups and put the content below the navigation since you're only using a fraction of the page. As a sidenote I noticed some of your Flash "Movies" seem to show more than it should e.g. I can see the ends of the images moving in, be sure to set appropriate width/height values when embedding it into the HTML.
Overall I think if you consolidated the content into a few main areas it'd really tighten things up and with the graphics etc. it's looking to be a very nice site.

I think the navigation is just terrible. I hate it when the item that I want to click on goes flinging past my mouse and I have to chase it down into the middle of the window to get it to stop spinning. What in the world makes people think that anyone would want to do that? I just don't get it.
You've got some nice work. The site is bad, hopefully it's been a learning experience to create it, and when you make a new one you'll use what you've learned to make something better.
:)
