Loading images

Does anyone know how to get images on the web to load progressively form top to bottom?
I have photoshop. Is there a way to save it so it does this when loading into the page?

As far as I know most images that load from bottom to top are in fact windows bitmaps (.bmp)

There might be a way to set the encoding from bottom to top though, I fail to see where this would be useful though

I think you can set that in the xport options
